The content of the site - photos, graphics, descriptions is the property of the online store tritochki.eu.
The prices of the goods are final, including all taxes and fees. The prices do not include the cost of delivery and cash on delivery fees, which are paid separately by the customer for orders up to Eur 150. For orders over Eur 150, delivery is free and only the announced price of the items is paid. Free delivery is valid for delivery to address in Bulgaria.
All items are produced after being ordered, hence No Stocks are maintained. Under the name of each item there is disclaimer stating how long does it take to produce the item. In case anything changes, the customer will be notified in a timely manner by phone call, SMS, or email.
The aim of photographic images is to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, but discrepancies are possible due to different settings on different monitors.
Your order is successful when you go through all the steps and confirm it. For successful orders you will receive an email at the e-mail address specified by you.
The data entered in the order must be accurate, complete and correct, otherwise the supplier is not responsible for the incorrect execution of the order. Deliveries are made with the Bulgarian Posts.
In case of unclaimed items within 7 days of their arrival at the post office, the items are returned and the order is automatically considered rejected.
Customers have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt. Condition for them to be in the form in which they are obtained - without being used, worn, without traces of damage, without any non-specific aromas. The products must be accompanied by the ticket with which they were received. Products are returned by sending a return request by email containing the order number, item, price and date of receipt to kalinadd@gmail.com.
Transportation costs are at the customer's expense. The money is refunded within the period provided by law, after receiving the product in the requested commercial form.
The warranty period of all products offered in the store is 30 days from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Warranty items are repaired and, if not possible, replaced with new ones at the expense of the producer. The costs of delivery to the producer and back are at the expense of the customer.
